1. You need a mobile phone or device that supports GPRS and Bluetooth. Your mobile phone service should include access to your operator’s GPRS network.

2. Make sure that the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone is turned ON and the phone’s visibility to other Bluetooth devices is set to “shown to all” or “discoverable”.

3. Select “Connect to your phone” in the Tom Tom GO Main Menu. Then simply follow the on-screen instructions. The new Tom Tom GO comes with a feature that can scan your mobile device, investigate the capabilities of the device and make any appropriate adjustments. It is truly plug-and-play.
